This year's online report covers data from the period from 1st January to 31st December 2010 - though we do refer to events in early 2011 where relevant.  It builds upon our 2008/9 Corporate Responsibility Report, focusing mainly on Great Britain, but with links to global issues where appropriate.

We plan to update our corporate responsibility reporting on an annual basis online and biannually as a printed report.
