to our consumers, customers and suppliers.
Community - our commitment to the communities in which we
operate, and
Our People - our employees.
This year's online report covers data from the period from 1st
January to 31st December 2010 - though we do refer to events in
early 2011 where relevant. It builds upon our 2008/9
Corporate Responsibility Report, focusing mainly on Great Britain,
but with links to global issues where appropriate.
Our printed report, which is a shorter version of this 2010/11
report, is available here to download
We plan to update our corporate responsibility reporting on an
annual basis online and biannually as a printed report.
