When consumers tell us they want a wider range of drinks to choose from, we listen. As well as sparkling beverages such as Coca-Cola, diet Coke and Coke Zero, for which we're well known, we now offer many other drinks. These include Oasis still fruit drinks; the isotonic sports drink Powerade and Schweppes soft drinks.
It doesn't stop there. We're always looking for ways to improve our portfolio and add new choices. In 2007 and 2008 we developed our portfolio in a number of ways.
We've continued to introduce low or no-sugar varieties of our sparkling and still drinks. The number of these products in our range has increased by 35% since 2001 - accounting for over 34 % of the total volume of drinks we sell in Great Britain.
In 2008, we added new products to our range - including Glaceau vitaminwater and Abbey Well Mineral Water (which is now under the Schweppes brand). In 2009 we also took a minority share in Innocent drinks.
Our packs range in size from 150ml to 2 litres. On all pack sizes of 500ml and above, we indicate clearly that a portion size is 250ml (a soft drinks industry standard). In 2008 we introduced new, smaller packaging sizes into the grocery sector. These include 250ml Coca-Cola and diet Coke.
In 2008, we appointed an in-house Nutrition Communications Manager to work across the business to help guide the responsible marketing and development of our drinks.

In 2008, we launched the hugely successful Glaceau vitaminwater in the UK.
Originally from New York, Glaceau vitaminwater is the original lifestyle water beverage, specially formulated with vitamins and minerals to help people on the go stay hydrated and refreshed.
There are six, low calorie Glaceau vitaminwater varieties - including:
Each contains spring water and a unique combination of nutrients to deliver a specific benefit for any time of the day.
