
We have a global quality management system known as The Coca-Cola Management System Evolution 3 (TCCMS E3).

All seven CCE manufacturing sites in Great Britain are fully certified to TCCMS E3 as well as having ISO14001 certification.
CCE also has its own Total Quality Management System (TQMS). The Coca-Cola Management System standards are incorporated into the TQMS system.
All of CCE's sites are audited against these standards on an annual basis. The audits are conducted independently by a third party and include checks on real-life products purchased from different retailers.
In Great Britain, CCE runs a Total Product Quality Management (TPQM) programme for employees and customers to ensure that quality soft drinks are delivered to our consumers. The programme encompasses the quality of our products through every stage of the supply chain - from initial concept to consumption.
