Developing our Portfolio
We are changing. As well as sparkling beverages such as ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘Diet Coke’ and ‘Coke’ Zero, for which we’re well known, we offer many other drinks including ‘Minute Maid’ 100% Juice, the isotonic sports drink, ‘Powerade’, and ‘Malvern’ English Water.
In 2006 and 2007 we’ve developed our portfolio in a number of ways.
Low and no-sugar
We’ve continued to introduce low or no-sugar varieties of our sparkling and non-sparkling drinks. The number of low or no-sugar products in our range has increased by 53% since 2001 and these now account for over 36% of the total volume of drinks we sell in Great Britain. In summer 2007 we continued this work by launching a new Extra Light version of our ‘Oasis’ brand.
Pack sizes
We’ve introduced new, smaller packaging sizes including 250ml ‘Coca-Cola’ and ‘Diet Coke’. In late 2007 we’ll also be trialling 150ml cans of ‘Fanta’ Zero and ‘Sprite’ Zero as part of a special promotion.
