We integrate sound environmental practices into our daily business operations. We comply with all regulatory requirements in Great Britain and five of our manufacturing sites have been accredited to ISO 14001. The exception is our recently acquired site at Morpeth. Even in the absence of specific regulatory requirements, we operate in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with our environmental standards.
We conduct research and employ new technology to minimise the environmental impact of our operations, equipment, products and packages. We minimise the discharge of waste materials into the environment by employing responsible pollution prevention and control practices.
We are accountable for our actions. We conduct audits of environmental performance and practices, document the findings and take necessary improvement actions. We are committed to continuously improving our environmental performance, including environmental reporting.
At Coca-Cola, we have made a global commitment. We must make a positive difference by re-evaluating the way we work and live.
