Managing Corporate Reponsibility

CR management in Great Britain

A new Corporate Responsibility Steering Group was set up in 2006 to establish a framework for managing corporate responsibility activity within our business in Great Britain. The Steering Group meets quarterly to:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the business on corporate responsibility.
  • Agree corporate responsibility priorities and areas of focus for the business.
  • Highlight corporate responsibility risks and opportunities.
  • Understand the expectations of external audiences.
  • Oversee The System’s corporate responsibility reporting and communication.

The Group is sponsored at an executive level by the Managing Director of CCE and the President of CCGB. The structure of the Corporate Responsibility Steering Group is shown in Diagram 1.
