Diversity & Inclusion at Coca-Cola Great Britain

At CCGB we have been successful in attracting and retaining women in the workplace with 70% of director-level roles currently being held by women. This is, in part, thanks to the increased level of flexibility we offer in terms of working patterns and locations. However, we would like to increase the diversity of the individuals we attract and we are reviewing our recruitment process to achieve this.
