Employee Consultation & Engagement
By employee ‘engagement’ we mean how motivated and committed our employees are, and how much they feel they are part of helping our business meet its goals. This is clearly important to us and to our ongoing success. We have a number of measures in place to help us understand the level of engagement of our employees.
At both Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Great Britain, we run business-wide employee engagement surveys once every two years. In both cases, the survey results are benchmarked against those of similar businesses.
