Business Connections Forum - Coca-Cola Enterprises
CCE’s National Business Connections Forum is designed to act as a channel through which employees can have a say on the business decisions that affect them. It brings together 20 elected representatives from across the business. Each representative receives training to ensure they are able to represent fellow employees and undertake their role effectively.
The Forum is chaired by CCE’s Managing Director and meets every four months. It has received external recognition, being commended as “best-practice” by the Involvement & Participation Association. To complement the National Business Connections Forum, CCE also has a network of over 20 local Business Connection Forums. These follow a similar structure to the national Forum but focus on local issues on a site-by-site basis.
