Managing our responsibility
The responsibility for managing workplace issues lies with the directors of our businesses, in conjunction with the Human Resources department at Coca-Cola Great Britain and Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. At CCGB the HR Director is part of the CCGB’s Executive Leadership team, and reports directly to the President of CCGB. At CCE, the Vice President of Human Resources is part of CCE’s Executive Leadership team and reports directly to CCE’s Managing Director.
