Employee Development
100% of employees at CCE receive regular appraisals, with the majority having a performance and development review twice a year. At these reviews, employees are encouraged to draw up a personal development plan (PDP) and to set wider career development objectives.
Supporting Learning
All CCE employees have access to ‘My Career’ – an online personal development and career planning tool – and to other paper-based tools. These tools enable employees to review their performance on a regular basis.
We have also created a self-service Learning Management System to allow us to track employee development and training over time.
